All of my rates are posted on our ordering and scheduling page. Rates may fluctuate based on demand and location.

While I do not discount my rates, I am open to negotiating rates based on volume or brokerage deals. Contact me to discuss options.

I have the capability to provide any service you might be used to, but I only focus on proactively selling the things that I think will bring value to your brand. While I do offer these services, I am not interested in “nickel and diming” you so just let me know if you need something else and I can provide you with pricing.

I am based in Asheville and Hendersonville area, but I travel anywhere and everywhere for photography – especially along the Blue Ridge Parkway.

I may eventually but my main focus is to build a small, loyal clientele who cares about their brand and wants to work together long-term. There are many other photographers available who are better suited to serve a large clientele.

I just really enjoy photographing the built environment, it doesn’t matter who the client is. That said, I am not a run-and-gun real estate photographer. If you are looking for a budget-friendly option that is fast and cheap, I am happy to refer you to another company. I photograph higher-end/luxury real estate as well as VRBO and AirBNB listings the way I photograph architecture. Y ou can schedule and order a photoshoot HERE. I will photograph real estate anywhere in the country, but please note that if your shoot is not in the greater Asheville, NC area – travel fees will apply and you will be quoted after submission.

If you are in need of interior design or architectural photography, please contact me for those rates as they will be higher than what you see on my order form.

While it is possible to squeeze things in most days, I prefer to book photoshoots with a 1-2 day window (minimum) for planning.

I deliver your photos by 1pm the following business day unless otherwise noted. Videos, on the other hand, may take UP TO 48 hours.

A rush option is available for an additional fee in which I will edit the photos immediately after the photoshoot.

Please review my portfolio and get a sense of what my work looks like before you hire me. My work looks the way it does because I am inspired by the environments that I am in and respond to that with my camera. It is not your interpretation, but the photographer’s.

While I am always open to ideas and suggestions and will often implement those, generally speaking, the personal preferences of individuals who aren’t photographers can interfere with the creative process. If you are looking for a photographer that will shoot something to your specific preferences, I may not be the right fit for you.
